Meet Our Team

Courtney joined us in November 2009. She is certified in coronal polishing and dental radiography. Her background is very impressive with 18+ years in medical and dental coding and 13+ years of experience with medical and dental insurance filing. She also has 13+ years of experience with us at Reichardt Dental and is a familiar face to many of our patients. Courtney is cross trained in all areas of the office and loves watching patients change their view of what dentistry is. Most come in here scared and have a preconceived idea that dental has to be painful and necessary, but she enjoys when they find out how visiting the dentist can be fun, pain-free and creative.

She and her husband, Nick, have been married since 2009. Together they have two children, Kaleah and Kanton, and a dog named Suh. Nick owns and operates two businesses in the community and Courtney helps him with bookwork. Kaleah is active in volleyball, basketball, track and the social media team at her school. Kanton also enjoys sports and is active in football, basketball and baseball.

When she is not in the office, you can find Courtney chasing her kids, riding down the river in her family’s side by side in the summer, going to concerts, gardening, doing lawn work, canning and baking. She loves a good garage sale and is a member of the Doniphan Trumball booster club.

Laura started working with us in October 2019. She contributes to the success of our office by greeting patients with a smile face to face or over the phone and giving each of them the customer service they desire. Her favorite part about working here is getting to know our patients and watching Dr. Kirk give them the smile they always wanted.

She is married to her husband, Tyler, who is the power dispatcher for Grand Island. Together, they have six children, four girls and two boys, named Madeline, Andrew, Mackenzie, Audrey, Hudson and Emily. Madeline is a junior in high school and is on the golf team and a cheerleader. Andrew is in eighth grade and is involved in football, wrestling and the trap shooting team. He also plays the baritone sax and is a member of the show choir. Mackenzie is in sixth grade and plays the trumpet. She is also a member of the show choir and plays tennis. Audrey is in eighth grade and plays volleyball and basketball. Hudson is in sixth grade and stays active in football and basketball. Emily also plays volleyball and is involved in musical theatre.

Outside the office, Laura plays taxi for her kids and all their activities. But, when she is not, she enjoys gardening, taking care of her chickens, attending concerts and traveling with her husband.

Tiffany started working at our office in January 2013. She graduated with honors from the dental hygiene program at Central community College in Nebraska in 2012 and received an Associate of Applied Science in dental hygiene. She enjoys getting to do what she loves while treating the best patients and building good rapport to encourage them to come back to visit us.

She is married to her husband, Steve, and together they have two children, Knoxley and Hoyt. Her hobbies include camping, seeing live music and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda joined us in March 2020 and helps wherever she is needed in the office to keep the day flowing in a timely manner. She received her Associate of Arts from Central Community College. She has also received her certificate of dental assisting with coronal polishing and radiography certification from Iowa Western Community College. Her favorite part about working at the office is the small town feel and getting to know patients. She also loves how close knit the office is and how we can all work together but still have fun.

Amanda and her boyfriend, Jacob, have a baby boy named Hayden. She also has a Maine coon cat named Lumpy and a crazy cat, part bobcat, named Kova. She enjoys dirt track racing, hunting, fishing and golfing.

Tia is an Aurora native and graduated from Aurora high school. She attended Hastings Central Community College for their dental assisting program where she graduated from in July 2021. She is also certified in coronal polishing and dental radiography to advance her skillset.

Tia became part of our team in February 2022 and works as a team with the other staff members to make sure the patients have the best experience they can have. She communicates with the rest of the staff and Dr. Reichardt very well to ensure everything flows smoothly. The other assistant and Tia always compromise and work together on everything to make sure things are done correctly and perfectly as possible. Tia loves working with all the girls in the office and getting to see her hometown patients.

She got married to her amazing husband, Caleb, on October 2, 2021. They have been together for six years and are high school sweethearts. They currently reside out in the country where Caleb is a rancher/farmer and together they own 60 head of cattle. They also have three large Australian shepherds named Abby, Cash and Reba.

In her free time, Tia loves walking and playing with her dogs, hanging out with friends, hunting, working cattle with her husband, tending to her chickens, shopping at TJ Maxx and creating stuff on her Cricut.
